EASY APPLICATION
Every applicant for membership shall complete an Application form. This form has be drawn so as to show all the information required for the purpose member registration,the completed form will be submitted to Cocotech office.
After verification, the new member will automatically be assigned member number.
MUST HAVE
1.Dully filled application form
2.one passport photo
3.KRA pin.
4.copy of the ID
Nominations
Every member must nominate in writing one or more persons to whom, in event of death, their shares deposits, or any other interest shall be transferred to.
Appointment of a nominee by a member shall be in writing and signed by the member in the presence of two attesting witnesses. The name of the nominee shall be entered in the Register of Members or recorded and placed in a sealed envelope to be kept safely by the Society.
A member shall have the right to change his nominee, but any such change or alteration must be in writing and signed by the member in the presence of two attesting witnesses.
Anyone can be nominated including children under the age of 18 year.
In the case of a nominee under age of 18 years , an administrator must be indicated.
Membership Withdrawal
Membership in the Society shall cease with effect from the date of a member:-
- Death.
- Being expelled from the Society.
- Withdrawing all their deposit shares.
- Failing to contribute shares continuously for three months without a valid reason.
A member may at any time withdraw from the Society by giving 60 days written notice.
A member who has withdrawn from the society may be readmitted after a period of 60 days, or such period as may be determined from time to time by the Board Of Directors.
